Refund policy

 

Interstate Clients have a 24 hour window from delivery time, to report any issues, International Clients have a 48 hour window from delivery time, to report any issues.

  • Returns/Refunds are only made in cases of production defects. Return requests are then reviewed and return instructions are given and parcel sent back must be trackable.
  • Outfits must be sent in all original packaging, tags/labels intact void of stains and UNWORN.
  • Outfits will be inspected and if they meet the criteria, an exchange will be sent or store credit awarded. Custom designs are not returnable, colour or style changes can’t be made to exchanges, any changes from the client CAN be done for a fee and delivery charges will be covered by clients for outfits with such changes.
  • Please allow 48-72 hours to process local returns and 3-5 working days for International returns.
