Production Timeline
- All pieces require at least 3 working days for production. Express orders may be available at an additional fee (subject to availability).
- For design alterations, which include color changes or style adjustment, please order via WhatsApp (an extra charge may be applied as needed). Changes can’t be made once production has commenced.
Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery timelines vary based on location. Abuja Delivery takes 24 hours. Interstate delivery via GUO/GIG 3-5 working days. International delivery via GIG/FEDEX/DHL 3-10 working days depending of courier used.
- Shipping fees are calculated separately and are non refundable once paid to the courier. If there’s no courier offering doorstep delivery to your address the receiver will be contacted.
- We are not responsible for custom/import duties/taxes or any additional fees imposed by the destination country.
- The brand is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
